About East London Honey
Raw, hand-spun seasonal honey from hives in the Victoria Parks outdoor classroom and from a hedgerow behind City of London Cemetery
Helena has been keeping and lovingly caring for her honey bees for over ten years.
Her bees feed on a variety of seasonal local flowers and trees.
The honey is collected by tricycle so it is truly local.
Her delicious honey is hand-spun in small batches and not heat treated. This preserves the rich and complex flavours, as well as the many health benefits of the honey.
The honey is only taken off the hive if the bees have enough honey for themselves. Each batch of honey is unique and the hives are always left enough of their own honey through the year.
